Advanced Level SEO Package

Commences with a site analysis to establish whether the products/services offered match the key words currently used, along comprehensive key word review.

We run a Search Engine ranking report to assess current status using appropriate key words and phrases. Utilising identified keyword phrases, we will then optimise existing content (minor edits), or generate new content (write new body-text copy) for primary keyword phrases on Home page.

We prepare Home Page meta-tags including Title & Description, Keyword. We provide Bookmarks, Comment tags, Image Alt tags, Headers, First and Last Paragraphs. Ditto for up to 10 internal pages, ensuring that those pages “support” the theme established in the Home page.

Our presumption here is that you or your web designer will be “plugging in” the above material that we supply. If you prefer us to do it, we are happy to do this, but there will be a modest additional cost.

We provide written advice regarding on-page and off-page issues, content, site structure etc. We may also be able to provide some incoming links to your site from sites we manage, if appropriate.

Linking: We will provide you with a comprehensive report on what the current best strategy to follow with future links, reciprocal links, 1-way links etc, and how to get the ones you need.

Approximately one month after SEO work is completed, we will run a second SE ranking report (using the previous key words) to assess the ranking gains from the completed SEO process.

Blogging / RSS For SEO:

  • Installation of *Wordpress Blog software on your site

  • Configuration, including provision of mod_rewrite for you to add to .htaccess file, addition of all useful auto-ping links, insertion of suitable categories to enhance SEO value of the contents.

  • Installation of *Feedburner RSS feed software to enable display of your blog content within your site.

  • Insertion of formatted RSS Feed into *Home page to automate updating of “fresh” content from your blog and/or other RSS feed/s.

  • Preparation of Blog “submission” worksheet so you can get started on submitting your blog to top Blog SE’s and Directories

Articles Submission:

One of the best ways to generate rapid dispersal of good incoming 1-way links (back links) is writing and distribution of authoritative articles on subjects relating to your products / services. Distribution of these to article marketing services will, if the calibre is high enough, see rapid deployment of these articles on multiple web sites related to your theme.

This generates 1-2 back links per article, per site on which its displayed. Whilst some may be transient links, others will be archived and remain in place for years.

You provide us with 5 articles, we will format them accordingly and distribute them for you.
